I started my career in Civil Engineering where I oversaw large projects at all stages of their lifecycle, finding efficient ways to operationalize.

I took this mindset to the world of Talent Acquisition, starting in Agency setting where I worked with a diverse group of clients in many different industries. I shifted my focus to better understand the world of Enterprise, joining a Fortune 10 company where I was able to fine tune my strategy to scale.

My interests are strongest when I am able to create the foundation for success.  I was responsible for building a new technical recruiting division for a healthcare startup, creating a new vertical from scratch.  I was the first hire to build out the global tech recruiting division for a top Seattle-based tech company, increasing team size from 15-300 employees.

Most recently I was responsible to build out an entire recruiting org for a global startup, focused on Intelligent Operations growing the company from 40 to 200 employees.

I am excited to take this experience to focus on growing companies looking to improve their Talent Strategy and Operational excellence.
